Ever wondered how to actually use your Kegel Balls? Fear not! We've curated a comprehensive how-to guide so that you can flex that pelvic floor with finesse, ease and comfort.

How To:
1. Insert either the single-weighted ball (advised for beginners) or the double-weighted ball inside your vagina, much like you would insert a tampon.
2. Once inside, lift for 2-10 seconds (depending on your strength), then relax down. The lifting motion is much like holding in wind or wee: lift upwards towards your head, squeeze, then make sure you relax down to where you came from.
3. Repeat 10-12 times.
4. Have a break for a couple of minutes, then repeat 3 times.
5. To remove, relax your pelvic floor and gently pull the string to slide out the Kegel Ball.
Pre-Care:
We recommend washing your AAH Kegel Balls before use.
During Your Workout:
The recommended time your AAH Kegel Balls should stay inside is for the duration of your training session. The maximum time is 15 minutes.
Aftercare:
Warm soapy water is the best way to wash your AAH Kegel Balls! Or, for a thorough cleanse, wash in boiling water. And remember to store in a clean, dry place until further use.
